Jérôme Finkel is a Senior Director in the Capital Solutions team. Based in the London office, he works on direct investments and partnerships with investment funds by targeting transactions for La Caisse that involve debt, equity or hybrid instruments.

Before joining La Caisse in 2022, Mr. Finkel was Senior Advisor at Bridgepoint. In this role, he was responsible for acquisitions in the fields of financial services and technology. He also oversaw equity portfolio management. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a Managing Director at BlackRock in London and New York. During that time, he founded a team specialized in financial markets advisory in Europe, both for private investors and the public sector. He was also responsible for the Corporate Strategy and Development team for the Americas and served on the Global Strategy Executive Committee. Lastly, as Senior Client Portfolio Manager, he oversaw a portfolio of assets on behalf of pension and insurance plans. He was a member of the delegation to the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the European Central Bank. He began his career in strategic consulting and management in the areas of restructuring and growth strategies for financial services in Europe.

Mr. Finkel is a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, Sciences Po Paris and holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
