Johannes Wesemann is the Founder and CEO of AllRise, a European litigation platform established in 2021 on the conviction that the law remains one of the most underused tools in addressing planetary destruction and democratic erosion.

Before founding AllRise, Johannes held senior positions in international business development and digital transformation, including serving as General Manager of Uber Austria.

Under his leadership, AllRise has pioneered a new category of “purpose litigation,” combining legal strategy, technology, and investment innovation. The organisation has filed the first international climate complaint against a former head of state at the International Criminal Court and initiated constitutional litigation against Austria’s land-use policies currently pending before the European Court of Human Rights.

Johannes drives AllRise that merges strategic litigation with scalable tech products and investor-aligned funding structures - from whistleblower platforms and AI-powered case discovery to case-specific SPVscreating measurable impact alongside attractive return potential.
