Based in Paris, Jerome is a co-founder and Partner at Impact Expansion, a €150m impact growth equity Article 9 fund focusing on Western Europe in Health, Inclusion and Climate. He is a seasoned private equity professional with over two decades of investment and leadership experience across Europe, having invested as majority and minority shareholder in more than 20 small and mid-cap companies with turnover ranging from €10m to €200m.

He started his career in M&A in London at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to 2005, before joining Milestone Investisseurs, working in the UK, the Benelux, Switzerland and France. Jerome’s broad experience spans private equity investment, mergers & acquisitions, and fund management, making him a trusted advisor and board member.

Jerome holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in Finance and Economics from Paris IX Dauphine University.
