Kanika has over 15 years experience across investing, investment banking, strategy and operating roles and has lived and worked in 5 countries across 3 continents.

At Patria Global Private Market Solutions, Kanika is involved in direct/ co-investments, secondaries and fund investments; and leads the coverage of sustainability and impact focused opportunities in Private Equity.

Previously Kanika was an Investment Director at Temasek where she spent several years involved in global growth equity investment opportunities. Her investment and portfolio management experience spans power, industrials, transportation and logistics, financial services, IT services, telecom, retail and real estate.

Aside from her day job, Kanika is passionate about supporting gender diversity in the investment ecosystem and is an early-stage angel investor focusing on women-founded tech and purpose-driven businesses.

Kanika holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore where and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. She is based in London.
