Kirsta Anderson is founder and director of K & Partners, a specialist consultancy in leadership, culture and talent to the investments industry. Kirsta advises PE firms on how to build their firm's culture to attract and retain top talent and support excellent investment decision making.

Kirsta brings 20+ years of experience and expertise in leadership, culture and talent. Prior to starting her own firm, Kirsta was Chief People Officer at Partners Group, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR and advised on employee engagement and culture as a member of the Executive Committee. She also Chaired the firm's Diversity & Inclusion committee. Prior to this she spent 17 years as a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry, working with clients across sectors to assess and develop leaders, identify talent, succession plan and measure and improve employee engagement and culture. In her last role at Korn Ferry she led the firm's Culture Transformation practice globally.

She holds a Masters degree in Philosophy of Science from Stanford University and is currently studying for a Masters in Cognitive and Decision Science and University College London.
