Louis is a veteran private equity professional with over 20 years of experience in GP-LP relationships’ gained as an LP at EURAZEO (fka AGF Private Equity) and J.P. Morgan and as a fundraiser with 3i and Access Capital Partners. In 2017, Louis founded Cornerstone Fund Placement (“Cornerstone”) as a boutique fundraising advisory business running the “High Touch Model” of working with very few clients in a holistic approach to their GP-LP relationship framework by advising on “blind pool” primary fundraising, Secondary GP-Led Continuations, Co-Investment syndication and Investor Relations (fundraising starts with good IR!). Since inception in 2017 Cornerstone has advised on the fundraising of 6 funds including 3 first time funds (including a first time team); one Secondary Staple; one Fund-less Sponsor Single Asset fundraising and one Single Asset GP Led Continuation transaction. It is about “Getting things done beyond Re-ups”.
