Mr. Erb is a partner at StepStone and member of the Private Debt team since 2003. He’s located in Zurich and focusing on advising and implementing (including SAA, portfolio construction, structuring) bespoke private markets solutions in all aspects with a special focus on Private Debt. Mr. Erb is also part of StepStone’s portfolio committee and insurance practice. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Erb was a manager of the global Alternative Risk Financing & Transfer as well as structured finance business in Zurich and New York for Zurich Insurance (1998-2003). Before that, he worked for Helvetia Insurance Group (1996-1998). Mr. Erb received his Masters in Finance from the University of Zurich and is CFA Charterholder. He is also co-chairing the executive board of the Bundesverband Alternative Investments (BAI) in Germany.
