Neil is a Managing Director at Overbay Capital Partners, a specialist secondaries firm headquartered in Toronto. Overbay oversees more than $2 billion in assets for institutional and private investors.

As co-leader of Overbay's investment team, Neil is responsible for sourcing, investments and execution, as well as overseeing portfolio management. He is also a member of Overbay's Investment Committee.

Before joining Overbay, Neil worked as an intermediary in private equity secondaries and served as a portfolio manager and partner at a long-short equity hedge fund.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and is a CFA Charterholder.
