Whit is a Managing Director at HighVista Strategies focused on the firm’s Private Equity strategy and is a member of the HighVista Private Equity Investment Committee. Whit is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including portfolio construction and the due diligence and ongoing monitoring of existing and prospective fund commitments, co-investments, and secondaries. Whit was previously with SL Capital Partners, and before that, he was a member of the investment team at the University of Pennsylvania endowment. Whit received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Villanova University.
