Richard is the Global Head of Advisory for the CREO Syndicate, an NYC-headquartered 501(c)3 public charity working to invest and catalyze $1 trillion of capital into climate and sustainability solutions towards the decarbonization transition by 2025. He leads a team that aims to provide a mission-aligned advisory service that enhances and extends the support provided to members and other key stakeholders of the CREO community.
Prior to joining CREO Richard was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company where he worked for 22+ years in the Toronto, Sydney, Brussels, Seoul, and Stamford offices serving global and local clients on issues of strategy, performance management, and capability building. His experiences at McKinsey are complemented by strategy and operating roles at The Thomson Corporation, South African Breweries and Unilever.
Richard splits his time between New York and Cape Town.
