Rob is the Founder and CEO of Overbay Capital Partners, a specialist secondaries firm based in Toronto. Overbay manages over $2 billion on behalf of institutional and private investors. Rob is responsible for all aspects of firm operations, investments, and strategic direction.

Prior to founding Overbay, Rob was the co-founder of one of the earliest intermediaries in the secondary market. Unlike other intermediaries, Rob worked on the buyside sourcing proprietary transactions for some of the world’s leading secondary funds. From 2004 to 2016, Rob completed over 700 successful transactions representing more than 10% of global secondary market volume.

Rob has a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Queen’s University.
