Roberta Benedetti del Rio is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Radia Capital, an emerging fund manager accelerating the transformation of Europe’s industrial ecosystem. Previously, Roberta was a Senior Advisor at Just Climate and a Director across the private investing strategies at Generation Investment Management. Roberta has also been an active advocate and field builder for bringing systems change through investing, in particular in her role as Co-Chair at Deep Transitions Lab, and in developing standards for climate impact accounting, in particular as part of the Steering Committee at Project Frame.

She started her career in M&A at Morgan Stanley.Roberta received a BA and an MSc from Bocconi University in Milan.
