Rune Jepsen

Rune is a founding member of the QIC Private Equity (“QPE”) team and leads its activities in Europe. He is a member of the QPE Investment and Management Committees. Rune has over two decades of experience in Private Equity, having led a variety of investments including primary fund commitments, secondaries and co-investments across various stages, sectors and geographies. Over the course of his career, he has been an active industry advocate, helping to shape industry policy and best practice. Rune is currently serving his second term on the board of directors of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) and has previously served two terms on the Invest Europe Limited Partners council. Before joining QIC, Rune was a member of the fund-of-funds investment team at Danske Private Equity and prior to that worked at PwC Consulting.

He holds an M. Sc. (Applied Finance and Economics) from Copenhagen Business School a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
