Sarah is the founder and director of FoundationFS, a specialist consultancy, founded in 2003, that provides fundraising preparation services and strategic advice to a wide range of private markets clients. In this role, she has advised over 120 fund managers globally on areas including strategic positioning, documentation, investor targeting and process management. Most recently, she has co-founded a dedicated referencing service under the Insight Referencing brand, and in 2022 joined the Board of Vectr7, a ClimateTech investment firm.
