With the European Investment Fund (EIF) since May 2009, Thierry is responsible for all EIF co-investments, it portfolio management and for valuations. In addition he represents EIF on Advisory Boards of his portfolio across Europe.

Thierry started his career with Deutsche Bank in 2003 where he held numerous responsibilities latest in M&A for Small and Mid-Cap companies in Germany. Thierry holds a diploma from ESCP Europe Business School, a M.Sc. in International Management and qualifies as Diplomkaufmann.

EIF is the SME focused investment arm of the EIB Group. Through its two activities in equity investments and guarantees it provides alternative financing solution to the EU SME and Small Mid-Cap segment. Since its inception in 1994 the equity investments team invested more than EUR 50bn in over 1400 funds in the EU.
