Wim van der Beek is the founder and managing partner of Goodwell Investments, a pioneering impact investment firm dedicated to fostering inclusive growth in emerging markets.

Wim van der Beek brings over two decades of investment expertise to his role, specialising in early-stage equity, financial structuring, cross-border direct investments, and private equity investments. Within Goodwell, he manages Aavishkaar Goodwell India Microfinance Development Company I and II, while also serving on the Board and Investment Committee of Goodwell West Africa Microfinance Development Fund and the uMunthu Fund.

Before founding Goodwell Investments, Wim held the position of Partner and financial services expert at PWC for over a decade, honing his skills and insights in the industry. He holds a Master’s in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has pursued post-graduate education at prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, Darden School of Business, and several of Europe's oldest universities.
