Mr. Henry is a Principal, Head of Operations, and oversees non-investment functions at the firm, including accounting, fund legal and compliance, human resources, information technology, and tax. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Henry was a Senior Vice President at DigitalBridge Group Inc. where he was responsible for the operations, financial and investor reporting, operational due diligence, and oversight of service providers for DigitalBridge’s Liquid & Credit Strategies business lines (includes both comingled funds and SMAs). When Mr. Henry joined DigitalBridge in 2016 he was responsible for fund reporting and operations for various real estate credit and industrial funds. Prior to joining DigitalBridge Mr. Henry worked in a variety of fund reporting and operational roles at the CIM Group, JPMorgan Private Bank (Alternative Investment Group), Summit Rock Advisors, and The Blackstone Group. Mr. Henry started his career working in PricewaterhouseCoopers International Tax Group. Mr. Henry received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in 2003 majoring in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from the International University of Monaco in 2009 specializing in Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Additionally, Mr. Henry is a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
