Alok Somani is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in Fortune 25 companies and SMEs. Prior to joining Orbit, he served as an independent consultant providing comprehensive CFO advisory services to growth-oriented small businesses. Alok specializes in strategic planning, corporate finance, operational finance, treasury operations, investment advisory and M&A. His career includes significant leadership roles at PopCap Asia, Hess Corporation, and BP, where he managed complex financial operations and drove significant value creation. Alok holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from UCLA Anderson and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
