Amy Rubenstein, CEO of Clear Investment Group (CIG), leverages 20+ years of CRE experience, specializing in high-yield multifamily acquisitions. With a proven track record of 37.3% average IRR, she has facilitated nearly $500MM in transactions. Amy's strategic acumen and rigorous standards to which CIG employs its strategy, drove the successful launch of Clear Opportunities Fund I in 2022. The Fund, which made strategic investments across the U.S., closed in April 2024 with $78M raised.
