Ms. Blaising has held various roles with both borrowers and lenders in her 25 year career in commercial real estate finance. Most recently, she was CFO at TradeLane Properties where she was responsible for accounting, audit, tax, and finance activities. Her previous roles include VP of Treasury and Capital Markets for Ventas, Inc. where she led the company’s capital structure, financial risk management, debt and equity financing and treasury operations. She played a lead role with Ventas’s banking group, fixed income investors and credit rating agencies. Prior to Ventas, she was VP of Capital Markets for Hyatt Hotels Corporation where oversaw project level financings as well as corporate debt and equity strategy and execution. Prior to Hyatt, Ms. Blaising held senior capital markets roles at InvenTrust Properties and RREEF. She began her career working for real estate. She holds an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
