Profile

Arik Oslerne is the Chief Executive Officer at Steward. He leads the firm’s commercial and operational teams, supporting global asset managers, fund admins, transfer agents and banks with their AML/KYC needs.

Prior to founding Steward, Arik was part of the management team at Vauban, steering its acquisition by Carta in 2022, and then led Carta's EMEA Fund Services. Before that Arik was the COO at Divisa Capital (acquired in 2017), Head of Legal at Alpari and an Associate at PwC.

Arik is a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) and holds an MBA from London Business School.
