Ashley Roche is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of MEMCO, where she leads the firm’s internal operations and operational due diligence efforts. Ashley also oversees corporate governance matters related to the firm’s Board of Directors. Ashley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Prior to joining MEMCO, Ashley worked at a large multi-state law firm, and as a clerk with the Honorable Bobby Baldock with the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
