Ayesha Kiani is the Chief Operating Officer of LedgerPrime. She is also a Faculty Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering where she's teaching and researching on Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology. Previously, Ayesha was a Managing Director for Republic Crypto, where she successfully led Republic’s fundraising efforts for its Security Token presale. Before Republic, Ayesha was an early employee of Consensys, within SingularDTV. She is currently an Investor Board Member at Ventures for America and a Venture Partner at NextGen Ventures. She is a graduate of NYU Law and started her career at Skadden Arps.
