Brian Dunford is a Senior Vice President and Head of Valuation at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2016 and is responsible for the quarterly valuations of the funds’ equity and debt investments in private companies for financial reporting purposes. His team also assists with the tracking of portfolio company attributes and metrics provided to fund partners and investors. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, Brian worked for Ernst & Young. Brian holds an MBA from University of Notre Dame and a BA in History and Education from Colgate University.
