Charles Greenwald is Head of Americas Sales for the iLEVEL Private Markets Business, responsible for leading the region’s sales strategy and business execution. Charles joined from S&P Global Ratings where he was the Sales/Commercial Head of the North American Financial Services Group responsible for Debt Capital Markets activity across including Insurance, Banks, NBFIs, Sponsor Coverage & Alternatives/Fund Finance.

Prior to this, Charles was also responsible for leading commercial efforts for Leverage Finance, as well as Infrastructure/Project finance teams. Charles has spent many years in business development working with unrated issuers across various asset classes Corporates, Private Equity/Credit, Infra/Project Finance, Financials.

Charles started in infrastructure investment banking, with roles across project finance origination, leveraged finance, workout and relationship management.
