Chris M. Iorillo joined Freeman Spogli in 2021 as Chief Financial, Legal and Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Iorillo served as General Counsel and CCO for two years at Variant Equity and eight years at CounterPoint Capital. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Iorillo was Assistant General Counsel at Platinum Equity and, from 1999 to 2004, he was a corporate associate at Paul Hastings LLP. Mr. Iorillo received his bachelor’s degree with honors in diplomatic history from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and earned a juris doctor degree in 1999 from the Georgetown University Law Center.
