Dale is the Operating Partner at Scale overseeing the firms Marketing, Platform, Product, and Investment Operations functions. He also is a resource for guidance on evolving go-to-market strategies as well as providing best practices and benchmarks across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Scale in 2015, Dale was a Director at the Alexander Group, a consulting firm specialized in go-to-market strategy. At the Alexander Group, he was the leader of the SaaS and Cloud practice and advised companies including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Box, DocuSign, and New Relic. Prior to his career in consulting, he worked in sales and revenue operations roles at startups including Proofpoint and Jaspersoft. Dale received an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business and a B.A. in History from University of California, Los Angeles. Dale also serves on the board of the VC Platform Global Community and the Ecosystem Advisory Committee for Visible Hands.
