Denise Eaton is a Managing Director on Carlyle’s Legal & Compliance team, based in Washington, D.C. She primarily focuses on Adviser’s Act compliance, leads the firm’s global core compliance program and related training initiatives.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Eaton was a senior member of PwC’s Regulatory Compliance Consulting Group. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and an M.S. in Statistics from the University of Virginia.
