Eileen Collins is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Chicago Pacific Founders, a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm.

With nearly two decades of experience in finance and operations, Eileen brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational transformation, and healthcare regulation. Prior to CPF, she served as CFO of Ellipsis Health, a voice-AI-driven mental health company, where she led capital raises and financial scaling through a complex macroeconomic environment.

Eileen began her career in public accounting before holding senior leadership roles at Accenture, where she ran large-scale financial operations across Medicare Advantage and national Blues payers. She is a CPA and also serves on the Board of Trustees at La Rabida Children’s Hospital.
