Jon Goldsher joined The Pritzker Organization in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining TPO, Jon served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm, where he oversaw accounting, financial reporting, investor communications, and compliance activities. Prior to his tenure at Boyne Capital, Jon was an Assurance Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Chicago office, where he led financial statement audits of private equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds, and investment advisers. He began his career as an auditor at RSM US.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Illinois State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) in Illinois and Florida.
