Lily Hou is the co-founder of V17 Advisors, LLC, a boutique firm that provides outsourced CFO and compliance services to alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, credit, and hedge funds. Before founding V17 Advisors, Lily served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Architect Capital, a private credit asset manager, where she led the firm’s finance, operations, and compliance functions. She began her career at Ernst & Young, spending nearly a decade in its financial services audit practice. Lily is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and California. She graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting.
