Mark Hasbani is the Chief Compliance Officer of Crow Holdings Capital, where he oversees all regulatory matters with respect to CHC’s registration with the SEC. His responsibilities include providing regulatory guidance and support to the business and senior management, managing regulatory examinations, and, among other things, has overall responsibility for completion of CHC’s annual compliance review, which includes testing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to reflect best practices, the evolving regulatory environment, and changes to the business. Prior to joining CHC in 2021, Mark was the Chief Compliance Officer at Ranger Capital Group. Prior to that he was with Blue River Partners and began his compliance career at State Street. Mark received a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law Boston and his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.
