Michele Reing is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at LongRange Capital, a value-oriented middle-market private equity firm built on the belief that a longer-term perspective and customer-first philosophy create stronger, more enduring businesses. In this role, Michele unifies strategic operations, financial leadership, and compliance oversight to advance LongRange's mission of building better middle-market companies.

She brings over three decades of senior finance and operations experience, including nine years at The Carlyle Group as Managing Director and Deputy Global Head of Fund Management, where she oversaw business operations across Private Equity, Real Assets, and Global Credit and served as Interim CFO of the Global Credit segment with nearly $50 billion in assets. Earlier roles include CFO of CapStar Hotel Company, Corporate Controller of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and senior positions at NVR Inc. and MeriStar Hospitality. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche.Michele holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
