Pankti Shah is Senior Vice President of Finance at Sumeru Equity Partners, where she leads fund operations, financial reporting, valuations, and portfolio analytics. She partners closely with investment teams and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and strengthen financial governance.

Previously, she was Vice President of Finance at CircleUp, where she contributed to the launch of a $200 million credit fund. She began her career in private equity and fund operations roles at Gerken Capital Associates and Next World Group.Pankti holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
