Pradeep Rajwani leads the Private Markets business within Crisil Integral IQ, overseeing a global client portfolio across private equity, private credit, and alternative investments. His team partners with leading Private Markets firms across the full value chain, including investment due diligence, portfolio surveillance, Level 3 valuations, corporate finance analytics, ESG diligence, LP reporting, and operating model transformation.

Pradeep joined Crisil in 2016 and brings over 16 years of experience across buy-side research, fixed income, and offshore delivery strategy. Over the last decade, he has built deep expertise in Private Markets and has played a key role in scaling Crisil’s domain-led delivery capabilities for global asset managers. Under his leadership, the Private Markets business has expanded rapidly, supporting both investment and non-investment workflows while helping clients drive efficiency, scalability, and transformation.

Prior to Crisil, Pradeep was a Senior Analyst at Société Générale Private Banking, where he covered the global banking and insurance sectors. He began his career with the private banking team at ICICI Securities. Pradeep holds an MBA in Finance.

He is passionate about building specialist teams that combine domain depth, operational excellence, and technology-led transformation for the global Private Markets industry.
