Priya oversees financial operations for TSG’s portfolio companies as part of the Vantage team.

Priya brings over 20 years of finance and operating experience across both private and public companies. Prior to joining TSG, she was a member of Platinum Equity’s Portfolio Operations team where she managed the Finance Center of Excellence and previously served as CFO across a number of venture backed and private equity portfolio companies.

Priya has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaignan and an MBA from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
