Ms. Liu is a member of the data analytics and technology solutions team, focusing on artificial intelligence solutions. In her role, she leads the firm’s efforts to harness artificial intelligence in transforming private markets investing. Spanning the full AI project lifecycle — from research and development to firm-wide deployment — her work integrates emerging technologies to drive strategic outcomes across the organization. With deep expertise in advanced analytics and AI paired with a decade of private markets experience, she bridges the critical intersection of technology and finance. Prior to spearheading the firm’s AI initiatives, Ms. Liu was a member of StepStone’s private equity and portfolio management teams, with domain expertise spanning US-based small-market buyouts, energy, and co-investments. Before joining StepStone, she held roles at TorreyCove Capital Partners, Macquarie Group, Ballentine Finn & Company, Inc., and Wellington Management Company, each focused on private market investments and research.

Ms. Liu holds dual BS degrees in Mathematics and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a CFA Charterholder.
