Mr. Adler is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Azimut Alternative Capital Partners. In addition to overseeing finance, administration, compliance, human resources, product management and operations, he is a member of the Investment Committee and responsible for establishing and managing processes to ensure that each private manager in which AACP or its clients invest is able to best leverage the Azimut system.

Mr. Adler has over two decades of leadership positions at leading financial services firms. Mr. Adler began his Wall Street career as a Securities Analyst at Goldman Sachs covering pollution control and small cap stocks. He then transitioned to the operations side of Goldman Sachs, moving to Hong Kong to lead the Management Controls Division, where he not only founded the Asia New Products Committee, but also helped negotiate Goldman’s joint ventures in India and Indonesia. Mr. Adler then took a senior management role in Goldman’s corporate services division, initially as Head of Logistics (purchasing, graphics, travel, mail and dining) and Head of Corporate Services to U.S. and Asian regional offices (including security and space).

Mr. Adler joined Bear Stearns Asset Management in 2000 as Chief Administrative Officer, to oversee BSAM’s growth in personnel, products and AUM. Mr. Adler transitioned to Head of Product Management where he was very involved in strategic acquisitions as well as seeding and staking managers for the BSAM platform. Mr. Adler was personally involved in the firm’s international joint ventures, serving as liaison and board member in Israel at Migdal Capital Markets, Saudi Arabia and China with CITIC Securities.

From 2015-2017, Mr. Adler worked at Bridgewater Associates, where he was responsible for senior investment and senior management recruiting.

In addition to his financial services experience, Mr. Adler has also held senior management positions at startups: (1) CFO / COO at Heisenberg, a CBD start-up in Denver; (2) COO of an institutional trading desk in NYC for Kraken, a leading international crypto-currency trading platform; (3) co-founder of Sator Square Partners, among the first crypto-currency hedge funds; and, (4) COO of Tradehill, a bitcoin exchange based in San Francisco.

Mr. Adler holds an AB from Princeton University, magna cum laude, and an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan. Mr. Adler is a CFA Charterholder, and Past Chairman of the CFA Seminars Board of Regents.
