Rohit joined Goldner Hawn in 2024. Prior to joining Goldner Hawn, Rohit led the financial due diligence team that served Goldner Hawn and its portfolio companies on buy-side platforms, add-on acquisitions and sell-side support upon exit. He brings years of experience and relationships working closely with the portfolio company management teams and investment team. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Rohit collaborates with stakeholders across the portfolio to assist with deal execution, post-close value creation and driving best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Prior to Goldner Hawn, Rohit was a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM US LLP, a middle market focused accounting and consulting firm. Prior to RSM, he held various positions with Duff & Phelps and began his career at Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas (B.S. in Accounting) and the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting (MAcc).
