Stella Ho is a Partner and serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Business Operations for LightBay Capital. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, Stella was a Senior Vice President in Business Management at Moelis & Company, where she oversaw operations, recruiting, and development for the Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco offices. Prior to joining Moelis, she was a Director in Business Management and an Associate Director in the Investment Banking Division at UBS. Stella started her career in the Financial Advisory Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Stella graduated with Honors from Claremont McKenna College, where she earned a B.A. in Economics-Accounting. She also holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Claremont McKenna College.
