Tamar Goldstein is the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Kimmeridge, responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Goldstein was Director of Legal Affairs at Lazard Asset Management where she was responsible for legal matters relating to the North American asset management business including oversight of the firm’s legal team based in New York. Prior to joining Lazard in 2006, Ms. Goldstein was an associate in the investment management group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Ms. Goldstein has a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers College (cum laude). Ms. Goldstein is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
