Will Newbrander is a Partner and CFO at Osceola Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm executing control buyouts of services businesses. Will oversees all finance, compliance and operational aspects of the firm and sits on the investment and valuation committees. He also participates in capital raising and investor relations. Prior to joining Osceola Capital at its origination in 2018, Will served in senior financial roles at Third Lake Capital, Silver Rock, and S Squared. Will holds degrees from Columbia University, Pepperdine University and Grove City College (PA) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
