Abraham Hidayat is the Managing Partner and a co-founder of Skystar Capital, an Indonesia-based venture capital firm established in 2014. With over a decade of experience as an investment professional, he has a proven track record of identifying high-value opportunities across both technology and non-tech sectors. To date, Abraham has invested in more than 50 companies, successfully overseen over 10 exits, and holds numerous board positions, including serving as a Commissioner at the fintech firm Julo since 2017. His professional background is uniquely informed by his early career as a software engineer, allowing him to leverage technical knowledge when assisting early-stage founders with building scalable systems and navigating the "tech winter" by focusing on sustainable growth and product-market fit.

In addition to his investment roles, Abraham is a prominent voice in the Indonesian startup ecosystem, advocating for the strategic use of AI-enabled businesses, climate tech, and the power of the Indonesian diaspora to drive global innovation. He is deeply involved in community development, frequently leading workshops on business valuation and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs through programs like Indonesia PASTI BISA. Abraham holds an MBA from INSEAD (2008) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore (2003).
