Anandhi is Global Equity Head of MAS, leading growth and management of IFC’s equity and mezzanine investments in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Forestry; Health & Education and Tourism, Retail & Property. The portfolio currently includes over 150 investees and $2.5 billion of assets. Anandhi has nearly 30 years’ experience in corporate finance in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to her current role she was Chief Credit Officer responsible for risk review and approval of IFC’s debt and equity transactions in MAS in Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Prior to joining IFC, Anandhi spent ten years at J.P. Morgan in business development and transaction execution in M&A and Corporate Finance for Consumer and Telecom clients. Anandhi holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and African Studies from the John Hopkins University
