Daniela Maior is co-founder and partner of VERTIK Group, a capital markets advisory and investor relations platform operating at the intersection of companies and capital. She is currently leading the development of a Luxembourg-based financing platform designed to provide international family offices, institutional investors, and wealth managers with structured access to Romania’s capital markets, one of the most underpenetrated investment environments in the EU, with strong growth dynamics across both private and listed segments.

Through VERTIK, she has built a track record of supporting companies across the full capital lifecycle, from investment readiness to post-listing investor relations. Over the past five years, she has advised companies such as AQUILA, leading FMCG distribution company, and Transport Trade Services (TTS), leading Danube logistics company, following their listings, contributing to the development of a diverse investor base. Another success story is also DN AGRAR, leading integrated agriculture group and one of the largest European milk producers, from listing to becoming the largest company on the alternative trading market within three years. In 2025 alone, VERTIK secured over EUR 40 million in advisory mandates from private companies seeking structured access to capital.

Recognized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as one of the most experienced investor relations professionals in the region, she led the first EBRD-commissioned Investor Relations and Liquidity Programme in Romania, delivering institutional-grade IR frameworks across multiple listed companies.

Daniela is also co-founder and President of ARIR, Romania’s Investor Relations Association, which within five years brought together companies representing over 90% of the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s market capitalization. Her academic work, including a PhD in Finance, reinforces her professional focus: demonstrating that disciplined investor relations contribute directly to improved market performance and valuation.

Previously, as Director of Investor Relations at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (2014–2017), she represented the Romanian capital market to institutional investors across major financial centers including London, New York, Tokyo, Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest.
