Dariusz Prończuk is a managing partner at Enterprise Investors (EI) and a board member of several companies from the EI portfolio. He has over 35 years of private equity, corporate finance and industry experience in the CEE region. Since joining Enterprise Investors in 1993, Dariusz has led/co-led over 25 investments in Poland and all the major CEE countries, primarily in the financial services, IT, FMCG and construction materials sectors. Currently he is responsible mainly for the firm’s investments in the FIG sector. Key among them are AVG, Lukas, Comp Rzeszów (now Asseco Poland), Comp, Magellan, Kruk, Netrisk and Unlink.
