David is the Founder and General Partner of Inception Capital, where he leads Inception Ventures and Inception Fund of Funds. Since 2016, David has invested across frontiers in technology, financial infrastructure, and high-growth emerging markets - backing category-defining founders and managers with the potential to reshape global markets.

His early-stage conviction includes positions in Circle, TikTok (Musical.ly), Ondo Finance, MegaETH, and Lido -identifying asymmetric growth opportunities in markets underserved by traditional venture capital.

Named Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, David bridges the U.S. and APAC with a differentiated cross-border perspective, sharp early conviction, and global pattern recognition.

Prior to founding Inception, David held roles at Morgan Stanley China, Qiming Venture Partners, and as Managing Director at Huobi - building deep networks across institutional finance and frontier tech. He attended Stanford University's MSx program and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.
