Emma Raiteri is a Policy Analyst in the OECD’s Development Co-operation Directorate, working on private finance for sustainable development. Here, her work has focused on various topics related to blended finance and the mobilisation of private finance– with a particular focus on how donor support can increase issuances of green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bonds in developing countries; on increasing financing for climate change adaptation; and the role of data and transparency.
