Ennis is the Founder and Managing Director of the Catalyst MENA Climate Funds (CMCF). Since 2006, Ennis has been devoted to climate impact in MENA, beginning with energy/water technology, then shifting to climate infrastructure in 2014.

Most recently, after exiting 90% of the CMCF1 portfolio with top quartile performance, Catalyst is raising CMCF2 which will invest in renewable energy infrastructure, energy efficiency/storage, and water treatment.

Previous to 2006, Ennis was co-Founder and CEO of Estarta Solutions, which employs over 1,000 engineers, with Microsoft and Cisco as shareholders. Previously in 1997 Ennis founded ONEWORLD Software Solutions in Boston, with Jordan and China tech centers.

Ennis’ career began in 1991 in US manufacturing with Ford Motor Company before becoming a tech entrepreneur in Boston in 1997. Ennis currently resides in Amman, Jordan.
