Ethem Tokgözlü is an Country Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Investment and Finance Office (Invest in Türkiye), where he represents the organisation in the Benelux region, based in Amsterdam since 2023. He began his career in the telecommunications sector before joining the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye under the Prime Ministry as an investment expert. He later continued his work at the Presidential Investment and Finance Office, where worked extensively on mobility, life sciences, and technology investments, supporting global companies in their expansion and investment decisions. His professional interests include location strategy, foreign direct investment in emerging markets, and alternative investment trends.
